Before we begin, take a few moments to notice how you are feeling in your body and in your mind. This is important because I want you to feel the difference between the mind body connection and mind body detachment.

Present moment experience is when the mind and body are in harmony.

Automatic pilot experience is when the mind is distracted thinking about the past or the future or anything other than the present moment.

Once you have participated in the practice, notice again how you are feeling in your body and in your mind.
